The visit is remembered for 30 days, so the booking still counts if they come back later to book. The most recent Insider they came through is the one credited.
Commission is calculated once the stay has ended and the booking is paid off. It is a percent of the room cost, before taxes and resort fees.
Earnings are sent to the bank account you connect through Stripe. Connect it once, in your portal, and payouts run on their own after that.
