1. 1. Your Personal Information

   We collect information under the following circumstances:

   • Enquiry / booking requests: when you submit a form or request to book.
   • Site traffic information: to understand how visitors navigate the Site and improve the experience (for example, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, and device/browser type).
   • Marketing sign-up: when you opt in to receive offers and e-newsletters.
   • Account registration: when you create an account on our booking portal (name, email, and authentication data such as password hashes or magic-link tokens). Transactional emails (verification, password reset, booking notices) may be sent as part of operating your account.

   The personal information we may collect includes, but is not limited to, your name, mailing or shipping address, email address, telephone number, and booking preferences. Payment card details are processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

   We share personal information with vendors that help us operate the Service, only as needed for those purposes — for example payment processors, email delivery providers, cloud hosting and infrastructure providers, and customer-support tools. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing with subcontractors that support our services (such as customer service and our SMS delivery provider) is permitted when needed to fulfill your request.

   All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; that information will not be shared with third parties for their marketing.

   If you opt in to SMS (booking updates, verification codes, or customer-care texts), we use your mobile number only to send those messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

   A “cookie” is a small text file stored on your device when you use the Site.    Our Services are not directed to anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn that a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it.
