Payment & Cancellation Terms:

A 10% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due 7 days before the penalty period begins (as detailed below).

Any cancellations made within 7 days leading up to the penalty period will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Bookings made during the penalty period will require full payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Travel between 1st Oct - 31st Oct 2026:

• Free cancellation up to 21 days before check-in date less 3% surcharge fee of deposit.
• Cancel within 21 - 15 days before arrival dates will be a 50% penalty.
• Cancel within 14 days before arrival dates will be a 100% penalty.

Travel between 6th April - 30th Sep 2026

• Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in date less 3% surcharge fee of deposit.
• Cancel within 14 - 8 days before arrival dates will be a 50% penalty.
• Cancel within 7 days before arrival dates will be a 100% penalty.

Travel between 1st Nov - 20th Dec 2026/2027 & 1st May - 30th Sep 2027/2028:

• Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in date less 3% surcharge fee of deposit.
• Cancel within 14 - 8 days before arrival dates will be a 50% penalty.
• Cancel within 7 days before arrival dates will be a 100% penalty.

DAY OF DEPARTURE

▪ Premium All-Inclusive extension till departure for all occupants, excluding accommodation and main meals

• Only snacks are available at Pizza Shack, and AI beverages are available at all the bars – according to the booked room category, until the time of guests’ departure.

(i.e. If the guest check-in for dinner on the arrival day, then the meal on the last day will be lunch. And, if the guest check-in for lunch, then the meal on the last day will be breakfast.)
